What If... Gareth David-Lloyd Was In A 19th Century Torchwood?

Yes what if SyFy had spun off this bit of awfulness from Warehouse 13 into a full show?

THE WORLD WOULD HAVE ENDED, DROWNED IN A SEA OF FANGIRL/GUY SQUEE.

Also, it would have been shite.

(But GDL himself was alright in it, maybe one day he'll get to appear in a good show)

I loved the charactor of HG Wells --she is cool, intelligent and the banter was witty - although i have only watched this one ep of Warehouse 13 it was infintely preferably to the rubbish of Torchwood Miracle Day

Yes the HG Wells thing at least has a sense of fun and adventure, something sorely lacking from Miracle Day's ridiculous and mawkish attempts at addressing serious issues and moralising.

That said, the director of that episode of Warehouse 13 needs a slap and told never to use crash zooms again. I felt like I was being constantly tipped face first out of my seat.

It would be great to see a spin off with HG Wells (Jamie Murray) and Wolcott (Gareth David-Lloyd. The whole episode was great and they do a fantastic couple.
